Join us for a fun and healthy cooking class with Gaby! We will be learning how to make Smoothie Bowls. If you would like to follow-along during this session, the only equipment needed is a blender or a food processor. If you do not have either but are comfortable cutting up fruits, you are welcome to make a fruit salad instead. You will need at least 2 of the following ingredients: banana, apple, orange or avocado. If you would like to replace the apple or orange with strawberries, that works too! You can also add nuts and seeds to your smoothie bowls for added protein and omega-3’s. Favorites are cashews, walnuts, chia seeds and unsalted pumpkin seeds, but you can use whatever favorites you have.
