Flexibility & Balance Class

Please join our instructor Ang for this fun and informative class, from the comfort of your home. All ability levels are welcome! This class is designed to improve range of motion within the joints, stretch the muscles that support the skeletal system and improve your balance all at once. A gentle way to finish your week. Equipment needed: Chair, Stretching Strap (or necktie), & Fitness Mat for laying on ground.
