Online fitness class (free!)

Since we had such a great turnout in April for Ang’s LIVE streaming, online fitness class, we’ve decided to add more in May! We are still not able to meet in person, unfortunately, so we will continue to provide these FREE online fitness classes where everyone can join in virtually and exercise together.
Please join Ang ONLINE from your home for these FREE fitness classes on Friday, May 15th at 1pm and Friday, May 29th at 1pm!
You can live stream Ang instructing fitness classes from your computer, tablet or smartphone screens. (When trying to join the video conference you may be prompted to download the “Hangouts Meet” application. Please click accept on the video and microphone permissions to avoid complications logging on. If your device does not have a video camera, you can still participate.)

TEST RUN on Thursdays:
If you’ve already attended Ang’s virtual classes, you do not need to participate in the test run again.
If you’ve never used Google Hangout Meet application or attended Ang’s fitness classes please join her on Thursday, May 14th and Thursday, May 28th between the hours of 4:30pm-5:00pm or 8:00pm-8:30pm, to see if you can successfully log-in. Click on the link above…it will work for both the test runs and the actual classes on Fridays. Note: The link will not work outside of the designated times, so don’t worry if you do not have success at any other times.
Prepare your exercise area with the following:
- Make sure you have space to move around
- A sturdy chair
- Exercise gliders (Alternative: paper plates if you will be working out on carpet, or socks if you will be on a hard floor)
- Fitness mat
- Soup cans or weighted milk jugs
- A necktie, scarf, or tube sock
- Tennis ball or foam roller
