			Improve your flexibility and stability with gentle muscular stretches and myofascial self-release. Join us twice a month and learn exercises that you can practice at home. Range of motion, stabilizing, and muscle firming exercises will be practiced. Floor work is not required but highly encouraged. Bring a fitness mat, a rolling pin, and a tennis ball to receive the most beneficial workout. Space is limited.
