Talking Prescription Labels Now Available at CVS

CVS announced tuesday that talking prescription labels for people who are visually impaired are now offered through CVS/pharmacy’s online site, www.CVS.com.   The ScripTalk labels read label instructions to customers. Customers must have the ScripTalk Reader from Envision America in order to use these ScripTalk labels and these readers are available free from Envision America.

Envision America’s website is www.envisionamerica.com and their number is 309-452-3088.

CVS said this is a collaboration among CVS/pharmacy, American Foundation for the Blind, American Council of the Blind, and California Council of the Blind.
