Her mission is to include people with vision loss in experiencing art. She will be bringing her piece titled “Spiral Paths: A Story of Healing.” \nAt this workshop\, we will learn throughout history that spirals have been found in art from cultures around the world\, and often are considered a path of healing. We will discuss our own paths of healing as we touch and feel many clay shapes\, with a spiral incorporated. We will learn from each other\, as we share our thoughts and experiences of how many kinds of things can be found to have meaning and help us along on our own paths of healing. \nThis is a good exercise in mindfulness and the potential of our storytelling.

DESCRIPTION:This local purveyor of coffee\, both a roaster and a coffee bar\, is coming to our St. Paul office. They will talk about how they choose their coffee and the process of growing to roasting of coffee beans. We’ll get to sample some of their current choices. Bootstrap Coffee is new to the West side of St. Paul\, just a few blocks from VLR. Bootstrap began in 2014 as a wholesale coffee roaster. In early summer of 2019\, Micah moved his business to our side of town. Space is limited. Please schedule your rides from 11:30 to 11:45.Please note: This is a prepay event.
