If you would like to follow-along during this session\, the only equipment needed is a blender or a food processor. If you do not have either but are comfortable cutting up fruits\, you are welcome to make a fruit salad instead. You will need at least 2 of the following ingredients: banana\, apple\, orange or avocado. If you would like to replace the apple or orange with strawberries\, that works too!
